We are starting to get a fair amount of emails asking about the possibility of visiting. Bookings are first come first serve!! Visitors/Confirmations so far....

• We plan to take a couple of short trips (3-4 days) here and there, probably in early May and then again in late May. (see News and Travel Plans)
  
• Much missed Sharon and Glenn are coming sometime in mid to late May for sometime??
  
• John Siska and Mary Welch came for a week in mid- March.
• Fellow harp player (and physchiatrist) Dennis Alters and his wife Alison will be here on February 17th through the 20th??
  
• Niece Julia Simpson came on 12/29 and stayed 'til 01/10/06
  
• Lika and Pierre from Nantes visited for 3 days just before Xmas
  
• Dave's Dad Ralph visited for a week just beforeXmas
  
• Bruce and Marilee were here for 2 nights in October
  
• Travelin' Gals Katie and Ashley were here for a few nights at the end of September.

....all have reported that the bed is comfortable!

The Guest Room

We are in the house on Paul LaCombe until June 5, 2006 (when we leave for a couple of days in Paris before heading home Our house in Pasadena is rented until June 10, 2006, and currently we are scheduled to return to the U.S. in early June. (I know, I know...the title is "Our YEAR elsewhere, but we are including the 10 weeks we were here last spring!) As you (blog readers) know, we take occasional side trips away....we were gone for 10 days in late November traveling in France, and for 4 days in December to London. And we do want to go to St. Sebastian, and Santander, Spain at some point....and Venice...and..... Right now we don't have any specific travel plans and are probably going to sit tight at least until the end of January - mid-February.

• MARCH: Visited by Mary and John from Chicago for a week. Took days trips here and there - including lovely Colioure on the coast near Spain. 5 days of grey and drizzle, 2 of sun - but then it was snowing in Chicago!
  
• APRIL: Plan to take short trip to the Vaucluse (part of Provence) to "chercher le Gigondas" (Gigondas is a very good Cote de Rhone wine, and a lovely village besides) with our friends the Fouquet's in March sometime.
  
  
• APRIL: Too lazy to travel.
  
  
• MAY: Might go to San Sebastien in Spain and/or Santander for LAS' 50th B-day (May 7)
  
  
• MAY: Will probably go the Harmonica festival in the Loire that we missed last year (last week of May). Have to go visit "Bobi" in Chinon again anyway.....
